Dr Ioana Lock is the laboratory manager / post-Doc researcher at
AgriFoodX Ltd with expertise and a passion for food safety. She is a committee member of RSB Yorkshire and when not consulting on food safety matters can be found hiking in North Yorkshire Moors.
