An event from jobs.ac.uk for women interested in exploring career opportunites in STEM

Jobs.ac.uk is one of the UK's leading job boards for academic, scientific, research and professional services roles.

At a time when women only account for 22% of STEM employees in the UK, the need for a more diverse workforce within these sectors is increasingly high. As a result, there is a vast amount of opportunities being created for women who either wish to begin their career in STEM or progress from their current role.

Event outline

This event offers a full and exciting programme which aims to promote opportunities for women in STEM by connecting attendees from across the UK with a selection of publically funded and charitable status organisations who are actively seeking to recruit talented women.

Delegates will range from final year undergraduate and postgraduate students looking to kick-start their career, to established professionals simply wishing to progress from their current position.

There also will be additional tools to help attendees take the next step, including presentations from sector experts and a CV workshop.
